How do you rate the quality of your books?

We promise to always be honest about the quality of our books. We aim for the highest quality pre-loved books but sometimes they might show signs of wear. All of our books are categorised into one of four groups: 

New: These are new books and in perfect condition

Used: Like new. These books are not new but are in very good condition with no signs of wear.

Used: Very Good. These books are still in great condition but might show some slight wear 

Used: Good These books may be marked or have creases

We will never sell anything less than acceptable and quality will always be reflected in the price. 

What is your return policy?

We are always honest about the quality of the books we offer. Sometimes they might come pre-loved but we will always make this clear (see the above section on 'rating the quality'). If however, you are unhappy with a product, please get in touch at hello@simianbooks.co.uk and we will be in contact with you as soon as we can to get the matter resolved.
